Laura Todd

This project involved the complete fit-out of a new Laura Todd flagship store in Gloucester Road Station, creating a welcoming destination for premium cookies and speciality coffee .

The design sought to balance the warmth and familiarity of the Laura Todd brand with a refined and contemporary aesthetic suited to its prominent London location. Careful attention was given to customer experience, with the layout designed to support efficient service while encouraging visitors to linger and enjoy the space.

The fit-out included the integration of bespoke joinery, display counters, seating areas, lighting and back-of-house facilities, all tailored to the operational requirements of a busy food and beverage venue. Materials and finishes were selected to convey a sense of quality and craftsmanship, reflecting the premium nature of the brand.

Working within the constraints of a compact urban site, the project transformed the unit into a vibrant and inviting café environment, providing Laura Todd with a distinctive presence in one of London's most active neighbourhoods.

The result is a warm, elegant and highly functional space that successfully translates the brand's identity into a memorable customer experience.
